Conditions We Work With:

#1 Osteoarthritis

Osteoarthritis is one of the conditions I’ve worked with the most. Many of our past clients have experienced a 50% drop in pain even before the end of the first session, and found that, after 10-12 sessions, they have been able to discontinue sessions thanks to lasting relief.

Anthony

With extremely painful osteoarthritis in his shoulder, Anthony was told his only option was shoulder surgery. His pain was at an 8/10 most days, and he’d had to stop his favorite activities like muay thai and yoga. After 12 months with us, his pain had significantly lowered. “By the end of 2022, the [pain] level in the shoulder was a 3-4,” he shared, and he was doing yoga again.

#2 Rheumatoid Arthritis

Unlike osteoarthritis, we’ve found rheumatoid arthritis requires ongoing monthly sessions. This is because rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disorder, where symptoms stem from the immune system mistakenly attacking its own joints (unlike the mechanical wear and tear of osteoarthritis).

Mary

Mary had “juvenile arthritis, cancer, and more pain than most folk.” She also had bone spurs and was close to needing her 2nd hip replacement. Before working with us, she shared “the pain in my hip was 5-7 out of 10 most days.” Once we began working together, Mary was shocked by the results. “Even before the end of the session my pain was down to 2/10. It’s been 17 weeks and the pain is still down around 2-3!”

#3 Gout

We recently worked with a client who came in initially believing he had rheumatoid arthritis. After his session though, he was diagnosed with gout. By the end of his session, he shared that his pain had decreased by 50%. The next day, the swelling in his big toe had come down substantially. He began a gout diet shortly after the session, and never needed another session.

#4 Sciatica

Sciatica, caused by pressure on the nerves, sends mixed signals to the brain that can be incredibly painful. When working with sciatica, my approach centers on finding and suppressing the energy of the nerves sending pain signals to the brain.

Kathryn

Kathryn was living with a lot of pain: sciatica in both legs, arthritis in her shoulders and hips, herniated discs, and more. In essence — everything hurt. Then she decided to take a chance on us. After our session, in her words, “I can’t explain it. All I can say is it works.” She continued, “[With this,] it feels better right away. I’ve tried a million different things. There’s no [comparison]. Especially in back pain. I’ve had 60 back procedures and it’s nice to have that relief.”

#5 Trigger Finger

Carpal tunnel syndrome is typically caused by pressure that runs along the median nerve in the wrist’s carpal tunnel. We work with clients to help them find relief from pain, numbness, weakness, or tingling that may be radiating through their thumb and fingers.

Jill

For 3 months, Jill’s thumb was frozen straight. “I couldn’t bend it,” she said. And “every now and then I’d knock my thumb out of joint, which hurt like hell.” She’d been advised to get a cortisone injection but was worried about side effects. So she scheduled a session with us. Afterwards, she took a nap, and, in her words, “When I woke up an hour later, my ‘trigger finger’ was gone! It’s been a complete recovery — no relapse and no cortisone necessary.”

#6 Frozen Back Pain

Frozen back pain, also called stiff back, can stem from numerous causes. For instance, it can result from a muscle or ligament strain due to work or posture. It can also come from disc degeneration, arthritis, and more. Whatever the source of the back pain, we’ve helped several clients experience fast relief that allowed them to regain their range of motion and daily function.

Lisa

Working as a nurse, Lisa injured her back while lifting a patient. After 3 days of excruciating pain and no improvement, she reached out for help. The day after our session, she wrote, “Pain in the left buttock [had been] an 8/10, but this morning it was a 5/10. Range of motion increased, too. I was able to put my pants on while standing up with a minimum of screaming. Hooray!” Her condition continued improving in the weeks following our session, leading to a full recovery.

#7 Joint Pain

We’ve worked with clients with many types of joint pain, including hip pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, wrist pain, trigger finger, and more. Because joint pain typically involves similar biological mechanisms, many of our clients have seen drops in pain even before the session is over.

Tiffany

When Tiffany came to us, the pain in her hip was a 4/10 most of the time. “I felt like I would never be able to move the way I wanted without pain,” she shared. After one session, she said, “the pain was gone within half an hour and it stayed gone.” Now she’s back to working out, hula-hooping, and all the activities she loves most.

#8 Postoperative pain

Dealing with post-surgery pain can make the already slow process of healing after surgery feel that much harder. We work to suppress the energy of the nerves signaling pain to support an easier recovery process.

Kata

Kata had a history of slow, painful recoveries from surgery. So she reached out to us for support following what was essentially a c-section to remove uterine fibroids. “It was painful, to say the least,” she shared. The first thing she noticed after her session with Mike — “the pain immediately went down after.” Where before she couldn’t stand by herself, she was now able to move without freezing in pain. She also noticed her usual healing process seemed much faster.
